Aakriti is a culinary entrepreneur and finds the kitchen to be her space of sensory elevation. While in high school, Narang started a small business selling patisserie products. With aspirations to become a chef since the age of 4. she was ready to attend culinary school in New York but life had different plans for her. She got her undergraduate degree in English Literature while working in the automobile manufacturing space. Finding herself needing to wear multiple hats to excel in diverse areas of business, she went on to enroll herself in the Babson MBA program Class of 2021. Along with getting an academic concentration in Marketing and Business Analytics she is the co-chair of the GEL Forum. In addition to this she is the vice president of branding in the Marketing Club, and has served as co-president of the Babson India Graduate Club. Most notably, over the summer, she started an Indian meal-delivery pilot project. Missing the food from home in New Delhi, India, and not able to find a good replacement in Boston, Narang and a friend began Beyond Curried, a meal-delivery service to bring the taste of home to the Greater Boston area every weekend. Narang's strong creative, literary, and culinary inclinations may seem a mismatch with her path as a businesswoman, but to her it seems like the best place to be.
