Gayatri Jolly

Gayatri Jolly is the CEO and founder of MasterG & Daughters Pvt Ltd, India’s first all-woman ecosystem for the global apparel industry. She is a qualified fashion designer from Parsons, New York, and a business graduate from Babson College, Boston. While at Babson Gayatri was a part of the women's leadership program. Having worked with companies like Armani, and Diane Von Furstenberg, she has gained experience in design and management in the fashion industry in New York. MasterG was founded in 2016 and is backed by a New York based impact investment fund called Acumen Fund. She has designed MasterG’s Breaking Patterns Pedagogy and is working towards making it an ideological tool to inspire systemic and generational changes. She is driven to democratize the power of making patterns and provide affordable training to individuals who aspire to, but lack the access to tools to realize their fullest potential. The MasterG training centres are in partnership with CSR partners like TATA Power, Nayara Energy, Sterlite Technologies - Vedanta Group, Sleepwell Foundation, Fena Foundation, ASF Group, Paramount Communications, Intellecap - Aavishkar Group, Laudes Foundation and more. She has been a part of fellowships such as Acumen, INK, Sonder Connect and Unltd India. MasterG is also a part of the AWS EdStart EdTech Accelerator.
